Justin Bieber Strips Down to His Tighty-Whities in New "I'll Show You" Video
It seems like Justin Bieber faces a new struggle with life in the limelight every week. The Biebs opens up about his own internal battle of wanting to be perfect in the eyes of the public and being a vulnerable human in his newest release from Purpose, "I'll Show You."
"My life is a movie and everyone's watching," Biebs opens in the Skrillex collab. "So let's get to the good part and past all the nonsense."
The Biebs released the song early this morning, and he just dropped the accompanying video. In it, Justin forms a spiritual connection with nature, rolling down hills, skateboarding near the mountains and eventually, stripping down to his tighty-whities to go swimming. Watch the video for "I'll Show You" here.
Biebs admits in "I'll Show You" that he has "to learn things, learn them the hard way," but he also makes sure to remind us that he's not "made out of steel." Like we learned last week, Justin, too, needs to feel validated at times. "Don't forget that I'm human, don't forget that I'm real," he sings.
Justin makes it clear that there's not much that he knows for sure, yet — at 21, can he be blamed for that? But there is one thing that he does know: "I'll show you."
These three words could be directed at a love interest or at the media at large. Keep in mind that Biebs is persistent in earning back the public's good graces, and though he's talked a lot about this and asked time and time again for forgiveness, he's now realizing that actions speak louder than words. Perhaps this is his way of asking us to be patient with him, and to let him show us that he'll make good on his promises.
