The Better Business Bureau Has Major Issues with Kylie Jenner's Beauty Company

If you're under the age of 35, chances are you know someone who would sell their unborn child for a Kylie Jenner Lip Kit. And for good reason: The glosses are pretty, trendy and come in some pretty badass packaging. In fact, I'm a dude, wear no makeup and would spend half my paycheck on a Lip Kit. If that makes me a sheep, so be it. At least I'll have glittery navy lips!

But the Better Business Bureau isn't impressed--quite the opposite, actually. Jezebel.com reports the BBB has several bones to pick with Kylie Cosmetics--133, to be exact. According to the blog, 133 complaints have been filed about Kylie Cosmetics since its 2015 launch, including 69 delivery complaints, 55 product complaints and nine advertising/sales/billing complaints. In fact, Kylie Cosmetics is flopping so hard with the BBB that is has a "literal F grade," Jezebel.com writes. Yikes. An Instagram selfie won't solve this problem...

“Currently the BBB is receiving multiple complaints from this company’s customers claiming that after ordering and paying for products, some or all of the products are not being shipped as expected,” the BBB writes on its website.

However, Kylie Cosmetics isn't taking the heat for missing products. In its own statement, the company says it thinks the "highly recognizable packaging" of the Lip Kits is causing people to vandalize and steal them.

Either way, Kylie Cosmetics needs to shape up quickly if it wants BBB approval. It needs a "B" grade for that. Any chance there is extra credit available?
