Well, technically speaking, the woman with the most popular booty on Instagram is probably Kim Kardashian (12MM followers) or Nicki Minaj (3.9MM followers). However, don't sleep on the 20-year-old Jen Selter, the Instagram microcelebrity who has amassed over 1.4MM Instagram followers thanks to her spectacular rump.

Selter (@jenselter) has been on Instagram since March of 2012, during which time she has posted 334 photos mainly consisting of selfies taken from (and of her) behind. Selter, who is single and lives on Manhattan's Upper West Side, was written up in yesterday's New York Post and confessed to being a butterface.

"I don’t really post a lot of face pictures," she admitted. "I mainly do body selfies. Not that I care what people think, but they don’t care. They don’t want to see my face."

For what it's worth, we think her face is quite pretty! That said, we totally understand why Selter thinks people tend to be preoccupied by her bodacious booty (or, as the Post puts it, her "fanny fame"). She claims that it is 100% natural, and was achieved after putting in many, many hours of hard work at the gym. Not that she can go to the gym anymore, though.

"I don’t really go to public gyms anymore just because it is a whole big scene when I’m there," she tells the Post. "I don’t like being watched."

Coulda fooled us! Contradictions aside, we can't wait to see what 2014 has in store for Selter. You can bet we'll be following her Instagram VERY closely in the year to come.
