As we all know, Bret Michaels is a man of many loves, and also a man of many hats. Even since rocketing to superstardom on VH1's very own Rock Of Love series (oh yeah, and something about a band?) he has stole our hearts as a hard rockin', tough talkin' reality star and headwear enthusiast.

It's hard to believe that the Poision frontman turns 50 years old today! It's been an exciting past few years for the dude, touring with fellow '80s legends Def Leppard and Lita Ford. He dropped a new single "You Know You Want It" this January in advance of a new album, and things seemed rosy with a slot on Celebrity Apprentice All Stars. But, as Bret always taught us, every rose as its thorn and he got the boot on the first episode. Seeing as how it's his birthday today, we're not going to dwell on that!
