The Oscars and "worst-dressed" don't go hand in hand for most celebrities. After all, the most rich, beautiful and famous people in the world converge on Hollywood to give us a glorious night of red carpet fashion. Unfortunately, not everyone shows up to the Oscars looking good. In fact, some of our favorite celebrities make massive fashion faux pas. Julia Roberts, Kerry Washington & more are the worst-dressed celebrities of the 2014 Oscars red carpet.

August: Osage County's Julia Roberts once made being a streetwalker look chic, but now she looks like a frump  in a dress that was made from Dracula's curtains. Anne Hathaway has decided to get the party started by turning her boobs into a disco ball. And finally, we're absolutely devastated that we have to point out that the normally luminous and perfect Kerry Washington is wearing one of our wrinkled sheets!

However, no one can touch the perfection that is Liza Minnelli's blue sateen pantsuit. It is somehow simultaneously the best and worst outfit on the red carpet. It's the best because Liza looks like a young and fresh Lady Gaga and it's the worst because it's ruined the Oscars. Nothing else that happens tonight will be as good as Liza's look.
