VH1 staffer Heather had the pleasure of interviewing soul legend Gladys Knight earlier this week, but it was perhaps Heather's mom who had the best time of all.

Heather and her mom are both huge fans of Gladys, and when Gladys caught wind of Heather's mom's fandom, she called her right up. In a delightful twist of events, Heather's mom spoke to Gladys, who was more than happy to entertain the phone call, about the first time she met Gladys in person and how much she loves her music.
