Shirley Temple has passed away at the age of 85. Temple was the first big child star, and arguably the greatest child star of all time. She was the top box office draw from 1935-1938 and held diplomatic posts as an adult. [People]

In a recent interview, Girls star Allison Williams said that her goal was "to create a career [she] can walk away from and become a mom." She also compares Lena Dunham to Tina Fey by noting they're both "humble and efficient." [Celebitchy]

Julia Roberts's half sister, Nancy Motes, was found dead this weekend of an apparent drug overdose. Motes went on a vitriolic twitter spree against Roberts in the days before her death in which she called the movie star a "B***H" and accused Roberts of abandoning her. [Daily Mail]

Gary Oldman is currently starring in the reboot of Robocop, but he's more than happy to spill some details about this role in the upcoming Rise Of The Planet of the Apes. Oldman says his character is the "designated leader" of the remaining humans. [MTV News]
