The night has begun, and we're kicking off our very special Grammy Night Live with a bang by chatting with some of the show's most decorated nominees. Mumford & Sons continue their effortless brand of cool tonight by breezing by the red carpet (sunglasses ON, natch) to clear up any threat of drama should Babel go home with Album of the Year.
"It doesn’t really matter how you pronounce it," explained front man Marcus Mumford, addressing a question some are likely too proud to admit they've pondered. "I’m sure it’s been pronounced a hundred different ways." Fair enough. Down Team Ba-bel, Team BAbel. As for how they're dealing with Grammy night jitters? Liquid courage. Contrary to popular belief, alcohol is not banned inside the house (according to these English gents), it just may not be readily available. "The Grammys are dry," VH1's very own Jim Shearer began, trying to destroy any jealousy you probably have while watching from your couch. "That’s not true, they just don’t offer you booze," Marcus clarified. Close-up shot of the band's communal bedazzled and/or monogrammed flask to come.
