Jamie Foxx's National Anthem Was Cringeworthy at Mayweather vs Pacquiao Fight
It could've been worse.
Floyd Mayweather vs Manny Pacquiao is one of the biggest sporting events in 2015, so it's only right for Jamie Foxx to be a little nervous when the spotlight shined on him to sing the national anthem. It's a huge responsibility, who wouldn't be? He started off a little rough as his voice crackled shaking off the nerves. Also, he "tried" to give the song a unique soulful/gospel rhythm that at times came off very cringe worthy, especially the "Hallelujah" ending. It wasn't the worst national anthem fail, but it was far from the best.
