This Celebrity Chef Allegedly Had Sex with an Underage Boy—and Bragged About It

We hope this isn't true...

New York Daily News reports the Manhattan Federal Court charged 54-year-old celebrity chef Matthew Tivy (Food Network's Chef Du Jour) with having sex with a minor and distributing child pornography.

According to the article, Matthew had sex with an underage boy in a Best Buy parking lot and later bragged about the exchange online to other pedophiles. The report claims he even shared videos. We really hope this isn't true.

“I have one kid that I f---ed in my car. He’s a high school sophomore,” Matthew reportedly wrote online.

Also, Matthew apparently encouraged other older men to have group sex with a 14-year-old boy from New Jersey. Plus, he shared inappropriate videos of a 16-year-old boy living in Florida and photos of 16-year-old in Ohio. This is so disturbing!

Matthew was originally arrested in May and posted $25,000 bail, but that didn't stop him from creating a new online profile and bragging about his post-jail "sexual exploits." (Again, this is all according to the report. We're not 100 percent sure these charges hold water.)

But he went back to court on Thursday. A judge ruled Mattew will be held without bail because he is a "danger to the community." Better safe than sorry, in our opinion.

What do y'all make of these heinous accusations? Let us know what you think in the comments.
