On the last episode of Black Ink Crew: Chicago, Nikki was more than fed up with all the dirt she heard Kat talking through the grapevine and felt the need to literally take matters into her own hands. She took a serious jab on Phor's former flame and the two have at it for a good 3 seconds before security breaks the whole thing up.

Once Phor finally gets in the mix, he comes right to the source to ask Kat why she's acting reckless, even though, you know, she kind of didn't do anything this time around. Kat is not having one bit of being blamed and walks out, letting Phor know that if he didn't juggle two girls at once none of this would be going down.
