While some people might pay a pretty penny to get a larger than life butt, K. Michelle is doing the complete opposite. After revealing her plans to get rid of her butt enhancements almost three years ago, K finally underwent surgery to get her normal shape back.

The Kimberly: People I Used To Know songstress took to social media updating fans on her post surgery progress.

K may be getting R&R to recuperate from her surgery, but the songstress is also gearing up for her 'The People I Used To Know' tour that kicks off February 9.

Getting back to her normal figure isn't the only new update on K. Michelle's horizon. She recently revealed her plans to have more children by way of a surrogate.
