Ariana Grande and Her Brother Are Launching a "Gender-Neutral" Fragrance
Ariana Grande and her older half-brother Frankie have just announced the launch of something you didn't know was a thing: a gender-neutral fragrance.
What the hell is a gender-neutral fragrance and what does it smell like? The duo's joint venture is called FRANKIE by Ariana Grande and it's meant to be inclusive of all genders—no matter what you identify as. FRANKIE is a "celebration of the loving and lively relationship" that Ariana and Frankie share, according to the press release, and it represents "universal love." As for how it smells, here's a description:
"This sexy and energetic fragrance opens with a burst of sparkling fruits, while powerful wild orchid and blonde woods ignite a powerful energy that invites you in. The seductive dry down of creamy musks and warm woods leaves you with an irresistible trail that keeps them wanting more."
Make of that what you will. I personally will need to smell the thing to fully grasp what "creamy musks" smell like. Dying to know.
The announcement of FRANKIE comes shortly after Ariana debuted her ARI fragrance in September. The bottle for FRANKIE is pretty much the same as the one for ARI, except silver with a black pom-pom. Here's what it looks like:
"We LOVE the bright silver metallic bottle…now everyone can shine bright like a Frankie!” Ariana said.
FRANKIE comes in one size: 1.7oz/50ml. It will go on sale "for a VERY LIMITED TIME" at the end of the month for $49. You'll be able to buy it online at ULTA.com, Macys.com and LordandTaylor.com, and in stores at Stage and Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada.
Happy shopping, y'all, and shine bright like a Frankie.
