September has already been jam-packed with celebrity events as stars flocked to New York Fashion Week, the U.S. Open, and tried their best to soak up that last bit of summer. Miley Cyrus made headlines when she wore next to nothing at designer Alexander Wang's New York Fashion Week after-party, but was sure to identify just exactly where those sparkles on her chest came from.

Kim Kardashian kept up the naked trend and posed nude for her Woman Of The Year spread in British GQ, while rapper and daddy 2 Chainz brought his daughters to meet U.S. Open Champion Serena Williams. Last week we also said goodbye to legendary comedian Joan Rivers, and celebrities took to Instagram to pay their respects. Close friend and E!'s Fashion Police co-star Kelly Osbourne shared a particularly touching post: "@joanrivers you were one of the best gifts life has ever given me!"
