James McAvoy Shaves His Head On X-Men: Apocalypse Set

It was only a matter of time until this day came.

James McAvoy plays the popular Professor Xavier in the X-Men film franchise, and as we all know he eventually becomes bald as he gets older. In his first two outings (X-Men: First Class/Days of Future Past), McAvoy was lucky enough to keep his hair, but director Bryan Singer is ready for Professor X to take on his signature "chrome dome" look. Singer posted a photo of McAvoy's head shaving on Instagram and caption it "Xavier reborn." Check it out below.
