Eva Marcille Gets Emotional as Don Benjamin Reveals Why He's Competing For a Domestic Violence Charity on 'Scared Famous'

"It makes me feel like I'm not alone and I don't have to be so ashamed."

We've had more than our fair share of laughs so far in Scared Famous, but this rare sentimental moment tugs at the heart strings.

As the group sits down to discuss what charities everyone is competing for, we get some intel on why they all mean so much to the contestants. Don Benjamin reveals that he's committed to helping domestic violence organization Peace Over Violence because he watched his mom endure abuse from her partner growing up. Don's story hits so close to home for Eva, she leaves the room in tears.

As a survivor of domestic violence herself, Eva is brought to tears while also feeling comforted by Don's thoughtful words of encouragement. "It makes me feel like I'm not alone and I don't have to be so ashamed." As Eva's housemates enter the room, they start to pour in love and support for the former Top Model - and for a moment, we see the cast transform from competitors to ride or die friends.

Watch the clip above and don't forget to tune into Scared Famous on Mondays at 9/8c.
