The People's Choice Awards are known for being a little ridiculous, and the celebrity fashion is no exception. Tonight, we had the pleasure (if that's what you want to call it) of witnessing sartorial tragedies from Ginnifer Goodwin, Pete Wentz, Kristen Bell, and more on the red carpet.
