These Celebrities Need to Hire New Stylists ASAP

Stars in desperate need of a makeover.

When you have money like Hollywood's A-list, wearing fashionable clothes should be easy. However, some stars need a little extra help. Whether their style is boring or simply terrible, these celebrities need to switch up their look. Solid jewel tones and wavy locks can only be exciting so many times. And, let's be real, camo blazers are never OK.

Anna Wintour

For the queen of an industry that is always changing, Wintour's look is pretty stagnant. The Vogue editor-in-chief sports her signature bob and giant sunglasses wherever she goes, but why not give something else a try? Fashion is all about taking risks, after all. (At least we know she'll never wear head-to-toe black.)

Same bob, different day.

Elusive front bangs chanteuse.

Amy Adams

Adams does classic Hollywood almost every time she hits the red carpet, and her hair is consistently long and luxurious. However, we'd love to see her shake it up with an edgier look — a short pixie cut, dresses with daring hemlines or may even a hair color change. Her blonde 'do in Big Eyes (2014) was fabulous, so that could be an interesting IRL switch-up.

Another harmless, but predictable, look for the Oscar nominee.

More solid dresses! Joy.

Lauren Conrad

Conrad's fashion is always simple, sweet, and safe. She's a big fan of solid, neutral prints, and her California blonde locks are perfect. But perfect is boring! The budding style icon would really benefit from trying extreme patterns or experimenting with highlight colors, à la Hilary Duff.

Déjà vu, anyone?

Matchy-matchy has never looked so bland.

Halle Berry

Berry has two hairstyles: her legendary Oscar pixie and the above laid back waves. We'd love to see Berry attempt something in the middle, like a bob or extreme color change. She has one of those lucky skin complexions that work with almost every hair color — take advantage!

The pixie cut in action.

While she did add some highlights here, the effect is still the same. Nice, but repetitive.

Blake Lively

It's no secret Lively doesn't have a stylist, and she nails it on the red carpet almost every time. But one thing that needs refreshing is her hair. Yes, Lively's shiny blonde tresses are enviable, but sometimes they get stale compared to her dynamite fashion choices. She'd look lovely as a brunette, even if just for a second.

Similar to her character in The Age of Adaline, Lively's hair doesn't seem to change. Ever.

Blonde bombshell, round three.

Johnny Depp

On the red carpet, Depp — without fail — looks either disheveled, confused, or slightly intoxicated. (Sometimes all three.) While that may look cute on Captain Jack Sparrow, not so much in reality. It's been 15 years, sir. It's time to brush your hair.

And, no, this creepy gelled look doesn't count.

These sunglasses are giving off distinct 1998 vibes. And not good ones.

Kerry Washington

The beautiful actress always looks perfect on Scandal, but she's in desperate need of some Olivia Pope oomph IRL because her red carpet looks are usually strange and unflattering. Take this (above) look, for instance. Washington's hair looks great, but what the hell is this tragic Easter Sunday dress? Are those Peeps?

Nobody over the age of 13 should ever wear green and hot pink.

Serving, "Check out these amoebas under the microscope in biology class" realness.

Gwen Stefani

POPSUGAR did a beauty evolution for Stefani, and there's no question she took more risks back in the day. Present day G always looks great, but where is her edge? We vote she bring back the blue hair from 1998. (Or, honestly, any of these extreme looks would make us happy.)

She's such a dynamic performer... so, why the yawn-worthy hair?

A little dye never hurt anyone.

Sandra Bullock

Bullock, like Adams, tends to make classic glam fashion choices — solid jewel tones, long hemlines, and a fairly consistent hair color. But Sandy is a well-respected and seasoned A-list vet who has more than earned the right to experiment with bolder picks. What about her blonde hair from 2010's The Blind Side? She could definitely make it work.

Another safe look from Bullock. She just needs a little Gracie Hart kick.

Jewel tones and brown hair on point. As always. All the time.

Guy Fieri

His clothing makes us think about what it would be like to live on a Carnival cruise forever. So. Much. Cheese. The popular chef is pushing 50, but he still dresses like he's trying to impress Jenna in his seventh grade math class with fart noises.

If Nickelback was an outfit...

It's like staring into the sun.

Joseline Hernandez

This is a Love & Hip Hop Atlanta hair intervention. Mimi Faust calls it the Carol Brady wig, and we don't blame her. What's happening here, J? This '50s Stepford wife up 'do is not cute.

Her sense of style also needs some work. Hernandez has an amazing body, but her outfit choices are more tacky than sexy. She's giving us Vegas after too many vodka shots here.

Lowe's only intends for you to pick out one color swatch, bb. Hernandez needs a few tips from Conrad on style simplicity.

Jennifer Aniston

Similar to LC, Aniston gravitates toward minimal looks, and she loves wearing black and gray. While there's no denying she is effortlessly chic, it'd be interesting to see Aniston channel her inner Dr. Julia on the red carpet and get a little crazy. Sarah Jessica Parker would be a great consultant for her.

Aniston managed to pick out a blue dress that's still f—king gray.

It's like, why even change?
