Watching Young Matthew McConaughey's 'Dazed and Confused' Audition Is Better Than Sex

If you think Matthew McConaughey is hot, your world is about to be rocked. The actor's original audition tape from the 1993 cult classic Dazed and Confused was recently posted by The Criterion Collection, and believe me when I say it'll make you wish he was riding more than an invisible car.

Granted, the incredibly accomplished actor was more than 20 years younger in this video, but who knew he had such swag as a young and virtually unknown performer. Or such golden skin. Or those piercing eyes. I thought McConaughey reached peak hotness in 2003, around How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days, but my eyes clearly deceived me. (I also blame Wooderson's creepy Dazed mustache, which overshadowed his beautiful dimples.)

Watch the audition tape, and take a moment to celebrate the glory that is this McConaughey tongue roll.

Of course, all this fun helps us temporarily forget about his current look (most recently seen at the Golden Globes).
