Over the weekend, Justin Bieber was spotted shirtless in a Houston strip club. One of the dancers, Lira Galore, posted a picture of the incident to Twitter. Chloe Melas tells The Gossip Table the singer was getting dollar bills tied to his arms and hanging out with boxer Floyd Mayweather.
