Michael Lohan Trying To Stop Dina Lohan's Tell-All Book

He learned of the tell-all when Dina's publishing company called to get him to sign off on what she had written about him. However, Michael turned to a judge to get the book banned because the two are under a gag order not to spill about their lives.

In Bieber news, the singer is back to tagging buildings. Even though he got in trouble for spray painting a building in Brazil, he did it again in Australia. A hotel in the Gold Coast said it gave Justin permission to tag one of its walls. However, the spray painting goes against the government's efforts to curb tagging in the area.

While the hotel fends off the government, Bieber is focused on getting Selena Gomez back. Even though the singer has been posing with other girls, it's apparently all a rouse to get Gomez' attention and hopefully win back her heart. Say what?
