At The Reunion, Chris And Ariane Unveil How Serious Their Beef Actually Is

Aside from Ariane's misunderstanding of Chris's gender identity earlier in the season, the two didn't seem to have much an issue with each other. However, in this Love & Hip Hop Atlanta: Exposed and Unfiltered highlight, we see that their problems run deeper than what we saw on the show this season. Chris explains that his issue with Ariane is her refusal to accept his male identity. He says that as a member of the LGBT community, Ariane should know that "not everybody can afford surgical procedures. Not everybody has access to health insurance and can get hormones."

Ariane apologizes for making it seem like she attacked Chris's gender identity, because her real problem with him is how he treated Mimi after their breakup. She's not okay with the song Chris released that defamed Mimi and his other various petty antics. Things get heated between the two as they go back and forth, and at one point Chris even refuses to film with her.

Meanwhile, Mimi just sits there, maybe even enjoying watching her friend defend her honor. We see you, girl.
