Miley Cyrus dedicated a song to Selena Gomez during a recent concert. While in Milan, Cyrus performed "FU" from her latest album while holding a cardboard cutout with Gomez's face on it. Speaking of Bieber, it looks like his PR crisis plan is in overdrive. The singer recently was the subject of a well-timed article titled, "How Justin Bieber Saved This Kid," in New York magazine.
