Most people go to Napa to enjoy world-class wine and stunning vistas. When VH1 Save The Music Foundation is on the scene, there's always more to it than getting tipsy at happy hour.

Alongside Ashford University, STM hosted an event--billed as Noteworthy--to support its ongoing mission to raise awareness about the importance of music education. Guests were treated to an evening of music, drink, food and fun, featuring a live performance by the Court Yard Hounds.

Noteworthy was held at the William Hill Estate Winery and Raymond Weil and AriZona Beverages also chipped in with giveaways and beverages to show support for the cause.

Before the Court Yard Hounds took the stage, Ashford hosted an activation featuring kiosks that allowed guests to learn more about Save the Music and Ashford's tradition of education. As an added bonus, the kiosks doubled as charging stations so guests could power up cell phones and cameras for the evening of festivities. Trust us, mobile coverage is spotty here. Anything less than four bars is a problem in these parts.

Watch the Save The Music + Ashford University PSA below for more info on the cause and check back over the next few days for a concert review, photo album and more information on Noteworthy and VH1 Save The Music.
