Lindsay Lohan has reunited with her former assistant, who previously ratted her out to the cops. Noah Levy tells The Gossip Table that Gavin Doyle is back despite given instructions that she has to cut out the bad influences in her life. Family members are reportedly concerned. At least all but Dina Lohan.

"Who am I to judge another person's son," Lohan's mother said of the reunion.
