It's not a good morning for Caitlyn Jenner. Jessica Steindroff, whose car was struck during the fatal accident involving Jenner in February, has sued the former Olympian, seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

The amount Steindroff is demanding in the lawsuit is over $25,000. This is Jenner's second lawsuit over the incident. The adult stepchildren of Kim Howe, who died in the multi-car crash, are suing Jenner for wrongful death. [People]
