Steve makes good on his promise to engrave the ladies' necklaces with words describing the person they have become after ten weeks of Tough Love. And the boyfriends return one last time to pour out their hearts to the women and hint at where these relationships are headed. Promises are made, passionate kisses are shared and one girl is shocked to see her man drop to one knee and reveal a shiny ring from his pocket.
