In the wake of a painful split from the father of her daughters, Season 5 found Amara exploring a new romance with Safaree – only to publicly disavow the relationship amid a social media backlash. Now, as Season Five continues, revelations about Emjay’s other relationships threaten to cause chaos on the Miami social scene.
Florence El Luche
By day, Haitian immigrant and mother-of-three Florence El Luche operates a restaurant and runs a beauty bar. But by night, the serial entrepreneur transforms into Miami's self-proclaimed “Queen of Kompa,” a Haitian pop style performed in Creole. After a year of dramatic bombshells that ultimately ended her marriage to the duplicitous Marlon, Season Five found Florence moving on romantically – with Claudia, a longtime female friend. Professionally, Flo linked up with Trina for “Bounce Dat,” a hit “Miami meets Haiti” crossover single. But the collaboration went south in dramatic fashion after a missed festival performance and a clash between the two artists and their camps. As Season Five continues, Florence seeks to make things right with Trina – on her own terms – while struggling to manage the demands and manipulations of both her girlfriend and her soon-to-be ex-husband.

As Season Five continues, Safaree is still trying to rehab his reputation – but a secret situationship suggests that the more things change, the more they stay the same.

She quickly discovered that queens really do compete, as the project ignited drama that ensnared Trina, Zoey Brinxx, and Sukihana. As Season Five continues, Cindy is plotting the QDC rollout and kicking off a new podcast cohosted by Trick Daddy.
The Hollywood Twins

He’s also got big plans for an anniversary concert celebrating Miami’s contribution to 50 years of hip hop.
