Miami's undisputed rap queen Trina rocketed to fame in 1998 with her iconic feature on the smash track "Nann," which was the first of many collaborations with Trick Daddy. Trina's audacious, sex-positive lyrics and unapologetic "Baddest B****" persona changed the game and set the tone for an entire generation of femcees. Now 21 years after the release of her debut album, the Liberty City native is hitting the gas on her already unprecedented career with new music, an expansion of her record label, and a nonstop series of live performances and events. With the support of a tight-knit circle of friends and family -- including longtime boyfriend Raymond Taylor -- Trina's on a mission to chart new territory for women in hip hop and remind everybody that she's the hardest-working artist in the business.
Trick DaddyCast Member
Straight out of Liberty City's "Pork 'n' Beans" projects, Maurice "Trick Daddy" Young overcame a childhood surrounded by drugs and violence to emerge as one of the hottest rappers of the 90s. Twenty years, eight albums, and countless EPs, mixtapes and collaborations later, the unofficial Mayor of the 305 has branched out as the owner of wildly successful soul-food restaurant Sunday's Eatery, and as the cohost (alongside Trina) of Miami's top-rated "TNT Morning Show." This season finds Trick working to expand his restaurant brand into an empire while entertaining audiences with his brash and opinionated point of view on all things love and hip hop.
Amara La NegraCast Member
Amara La Negra
Miami born and raised with proud Dominican roots, artist, entrepreneur and AfroLatinx activist Amara La Negra has been named Billboard's Artist on the Rise and one of Rolling Stone's 10 to Watch. But over the past year, the music industry's Next Big Thing discovered a new passion for real estate as she bought, flipped and managed a lucrative portfolio of vacation rentals in the Dominican Republic. After 25 years of performing, Amara finds herself at a personal and professional crossroads. Does she continue her stressful and demanding pursuit of A-list stardom or follow a path to a simpler life away from the spotlight?
Shay JohnsonCast Member

After a series of failed relationships and thrown ice cream cones, a more mature Shay is focused on her wellness business, along with philanthropic efforts in partnership with her brother Emjay.
Bobby LytesCast Member
Love & Hip Hop Miami introduced him to the world as Trina's cousin, but over the past three seasons, rapper and entrepreneur Bobby Lytes has carved out his own loud-and-proud identity, serving up catchy singles, outrageous looks and an unapologetic point-of-view. This season follows Bobby on a deeply personal journey as he struggles to heal from the long-term emotional consequences of his family's troubled past.
Jojo ZarurCast Member

She has since diversified her hustles and business interests, dabbling in music, opening a hookah lounge and starting a management company. Whether giving her client Sukihana a reality check or bringing PreMadonna back down to earth, Miami Tip is often the voice of reason. This season follows Tip as she uses all her skills to help Sukihana move through an ever-changing industry landscape.
